Who Am I

 

My name is Helen Stone, and I am a fully trained and accredited Hypnotherapist, Personal Coach, Menopause Wellness Coach, Reiki Practitioner, owner of True2Soul, and proud mum of one son.

​

My commitment to lifelong learning has led me to achieve other diplomas and certificates, all in the pursuit of becoming a better version of me. 

 

It is with this wealth of learning, personal experience and self growth that I am dedicated to helping others find the key to unlocking their happiness.

​

Assisting others in realising their aspirations and ambitions is something I hold in high esteem. I have worked for many years in the Corporate industry bringing mindfulness and well-being to those that have worked with me.

I am passionate about YOU creating the life you were meant to live.

Why work with me

​

I didn’t have my own personal Helen, to guide and mentor me through life’s ups and downs as I searched for my own happiness.

 

This meant I experienced many things in my personal journey. Everything I experienced gave me new insight into myself and helped to create the experiences I use today to help others.

  

In addition to my pursuits in Hypnotherapy and Coaching, I found great pleasure in immersing myself in life’s rich tapestry and indulging in a variety of activities, such as living overseas in the Caribbean, publishing a book of poetry and learning to belly dance; to name a few.

There is so much in my life that I am proud of; but most importantly I realised that Balance and Choice are the key to everything in life, whether it is work or personal relationships.

The essence of my business is in its very name.  My aspiration for you is to embrace the authenticity of your Be-ing.
